With over 9 years experience in the nail industry Emma-Jane can create unique sets of nails to match anyones personality and has trained alongside some of the leading experts. Emma-Janes knowledge and skills within the nail sector lead her to becoming an educator for the world-wide known brand The Gel Bottle, allowing her to offer a range of training courses from their Brighton HQ. Due to the success of Sorella salon Emma-Jane now offers a range of business courses, recourses and mentorship programs to support other professionals embarking on their own business journey.

Amy-Lee is without a doubt the salons biggest perfectionist, so much so she made sure every training course she took part in was held on a 1-2-1 basis to ensure she could maximise her knowledge and abilities to provide the best services possible to her clients. 

Amy-Lee's attention to detail is second to none allowing her to provide you with beautiful results from all her beauty services. She is also the salons aesthetic practitioner and is fully qualified and insured to carry out all our aesthetic treatments.

Meet Riven, our talented Junior Stylists and soon to be fully qualified with her Level 2. Her passion for the hair industry began while completing various short courses at college and that enthusiasm has only grown since joining us. You’ll find Riven in the salon assisting the team, continuing to refine her skills and offering discounted appointments as she builds her confidence and experience. If you’d like to be a model for Riven as she advances through her training, just let us know — she’d love to have you in her chair!

Kitty is a talented hair stylist with over five years of industry experience and a true love for all things blonde and balayage. After taking time away to enjoy maternity leave, she’s returned to the salon with even more passion, creativity, and dedication to her craft. Kitty’s friendly nature and eye for effortless, lived‑in colour make her a favourite for clients wanting soft, seamless transformations.

Catie has been working within the hair industry for 5 years now, starting as a Saturday girl before she went to college to complete both her NVQ level two & three in hairdressing which she qualified from in 2021. Katie has a huge passion for all things ‘hair style’ related, being our go to girl for all bridal & up do styles. With a passion for blonde colouring and maintaining the hairs health Catie is the perfect stylist for many. In her own words “I just love to make people feel beautiful!”

Caitlin began her career as a hairstylist at the age of 16 as a Saturday girl. Once Caitlin completed school she started a hairdressing apprenticeship from which she qualified from in 2020. Caitlin’s passion for hair is still going strong with experience under her belt and firm favourite with clients, Caitlin is a valued member of our team. When it comes to hair Caitlin’s passion lies with the art of natural colouring and balayage work. With a desire for continuous growth Caitlin is embarking on the journey of hair extensions to ensure she is able to provide her clients with all the treatments they desire.

Natalie has over 20 years experience as a stylist and a wealth of knowledge under her belt. With experience in both womens and mens hairdressing services natalie really is the go to girl if you are looking for an expert. Natalie has a huge passion for colour and enjoys carrying out services for balayages and ‘lived in’ looks, to getting creative with short, edge cuts. Natalies passion for the industry has never faded, she’s is always on the hunt for the next trend and ensuring she remains up to date with industry knowledge and training.

Sophie has been within the hair industry for over 10 years and is just as passionate about hairdressing now as she was when she first started. Sophie has experience in all cutting aspects and colouring styles, her knowledge regarding hair care and styling allows her to provide tailored treatments to each clients needs whilst she specialises in livid in / boho style blondes. Sophie also offers a range of hair extension services from tapes to nano rings.

Jemma joined Sorella & Co. with a clear passion for the nail industry and is currently training under the expert guidance of salon owner Emma‑Jane, as well as completing her education with TGB. As our dedicated Salon Co‑ordinator and a nail tech in training, Jemma is constantly advancing her skills and soaking up every bit of knowledge she can. Her attention to detail, calm presence, and genuine care for clients make her an absolute asset to the team.

Our talented Beth-Louise who has a such a large passion for the nail and beauty industry, with a true creative flare. Beth has joined our team straight from qualifying as a nail artist & beauty therapists we are super excited to watch her career blossom here at Sorella & Co.

Victoria joined the nail & beauty industry in 2024 and has since completed her intensive training with salon owners Emma‑Jane & Amy‑Lee here at Sorella & Co. With a passion for natural beauty and subtly enhancing her clients’ features, Victoria has quickly become known for her gentle approach and eye for detail.

Chloe began her nail career in 2019 by joining us as a junior nail technician, since training and working alongside Emma-Jane, Chloe has rapidly grown her knowledge and skill set and is now a talented nail artist offering a wide range of nail treatments along with bespoke nail designs. Chloe's talent has lead her to become one of our most requested nail technicians with some clients travelling from afar, so booking in advance is always advised. 

Alys began her beauty training over 10 years ago, dipping in and out of the industry between raising her family. During the lockdowns Alys began refreshing her training and learning all things nail related. Alys has a huge passion for nail health care and therefor provides a range of nail services to cater for every clients needs.

Alys expertise also cover a wide range of beauty treatments & permanent makeup services.

Georgia qualified as a nail artist & beauty therapist in 2018 after completing an apprenticeship at a highly rated salon in Wadhurst where she worked up to a position of Deputy Manager. Georgias passion lies with natural nail health and focusing on providing luxury treatments and exceptional customer care. Outside of work Georgia is a keen horse rider and mother.

Eloisa is an expert nail artist with an incredible eye for detail and a true passion for creating beautiful, flawless nails. Eloisa brings a calm, luxurious touch to every appointment, making each client feel pampered and cared for. Her talent speaks for itself, and we’re so proud to have her artistry shine here at Sorella & Co.
